The Retirement Financial Counseling Program is designed to assist in preparing an employee to move into the
retirement phase of their lives.  The financial well being an employee is one of the most important aspects of ensuring a
comfortable retirement.  Our program is designed to address some of the primary concerns that retirees face in today’s
environment:

·    If I retire now, will I have enough income to live comfortably in my retirement?
·    How much will I receive from my primary pension plan?
·    What if something happens to me, how can I protect my spouse?
·    What if I wait a year or two, will my pension increase?
·    How about my personal savings (Deferred Comp, IRA's, etc.), what amount should I withdraw per
           year to make them last?
·    What types of investments are suitable for me now that I’m no longer working and making new
           contributions?
·    How do I protect my retirement savings against adverse stock market conditions?

These questions are very common among individuals making the decision to retire.  We review each one these
concerns by providing an educational program to inform to the financial strategies that have proven to be successful.
OUR SERVICES

·        Group Educational Workshops – these workshops are delivered in a presentation format, exposing some of

the issues that the individual should be considering when preparing to make the decision to retire.  Individuals also

learn from the Q&A portion of the workshop where employees benefit from listening to questions and concerns that

their fellow colleagues have and the possible solutions and strategies that are discussed.

·
Individual Financial Counseling – upon request, employees may schedule an individual appointment with our

financial counselors.  The purpose of this session is to chart the financial roadmap for their retirement years and

develop investment strategies to preserve and protect their assets.  In many situations, this process may require

several follow up meetings due to research and analysis that is required by the counselor.

·
Access to financial counseling and advice via toll-free number and email – employees will have access to

financial counseling and advice through a toll-free number and email.  This is a useful process for employees who

may not want to utilize the individual counseling process, but would still like to get expert opinion and advice

regarding the financial questions and issues employees face.
